Why should I have my grill professionally cleaned?
Professional cleaning removes built-up grease, carbon, and bacteria, improving food taste, extending the life of your grill, and reducing fire hazards.
How often should I get my grill cleaned?
Most grills benefit from a deep cleaning 1–2 times per year, depending on usage. Heavy users or commercial grills may need more frequent service.
What’s included in a professional grill cleaning?
Services typically include:
- Deep cleaning of grates, burners, heat plates, and drip pans
- Degreasing and carbon removal
- Inspection of burners, igniters, and key components
- Exterior polish and final safety check
Do you clean all grill brands and models?
Yes — Including: charcoal, pellet, built-in and cart style grills from all major brands. Specialty or older models may require confirmation.
How long does the cleaning process take?
A full deep-clean usually takes anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on grill size and condition.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
Yes, we will need access to an electrical outlet and a water source
Is the cleaning safe for my grill?
Yes. We use non-toxic, ecofriendly and biodegradable cleaning products designed to protect the grill’s components.
Will you clean my grill at my home?
Yes, we offer on-site service, meaning we clean your grill right at your location.
Can you repair grills as well as clean them?
We offer repairs such as burner replacements, igniter fixes, and part installation. Larger repairs may require additional service.
How much does a grill cleaning cost?
We charge a flat $300 fee if you are located within Fairfield, New Haven and Westchester Counties (If you are located in one of our other service areas, there is typically a $50 to $100 fee for travel/time) It does not matter what the size/type of grill or how long a cleaning takes to complete.
We also offer a $100 discount if you have your grilled cleaned twice in a calender year!
How much does a repair cost?
Repair work will generally require us to come and do an inspection to determine the issue(s). We do charge a fee of $50 but if the issue can be resolved then and there that is all you will be charged. A written estimate will be sent to you once parts/labor is determined
Will my grill look brand new after cleaning?
Deep cleaning can drastically improve appearance and performance, but heavily weathered or rusted parts may require replacement for “like-new” results.
